It's still a Seller's Market, even though more listings are coming onto the market.
Properties are continuing to fly off the shelf...seller's are recieving multiple above asking price, while buyer's are battling it out at the negotiation table!
Here are this weeks TOP THREE CRAZY buys:

LISTED at $749,000 and SOLD FOR $911,000 in 57 Days (It was subject to probate) 21.63% Above asking!!!
NUMBER 2: 207-1145 HILDA ST.
LISTED at $299,000 and SOLD FOR $367,100 in 5 days. 22.78% Above asking!!
NUMBER 1: 1915 FAIRFIELD AVE.
LISTED $898,000 and SOLD IN 4 DAYS FOR $1,165,000. A mere 29.73% above list.
These are some very serious numbers...it just proves to show that the cost of living in Canada's greatest city, and mildest climate, isn't cheap.
